NAME Bylaws Amendment

Per NAME procedure 2.0.4., following the first reading of the proposed amendment during the NAME board meeting held September 18, 2025, the proposed bylaw amendments must be posted to the membership for a 30-day public comment period.

The purpose of this amendment is to establish term limits for NAME regional and at-large representatives and to ensure conference contracts include all costs before they are presented to the board for approval. 

Public comments will be accepted for thirty (30) days.
